If the mic does not work
- The first time you press a listen button the browser asks for microphone permission. If you accidentally clicked Block, open the lock icon next to the URL bar and reset the mic permission.
- Make sure no other app (Zoom, Teams, Skype) is holding the microphone.
- Open Windows Settings → Privacy & security → Microphone and make sure "Let apps access your microphone" is ON for your browser.
- If you are on Firefox: voice INPUT does not work there. Switch to Chrome or Edge. Voice OUTPUT (read aloud) still works on Firefox.
